Event Engine Studio

The Event Engine Studio is a custom made Java application designed specifically for managing event calendars. This application provides the most effective way of working with events, and also provides functionality for combining the events with other content, such as articles, images and video, in the Escenic Content Engine.

The application is designed for the most effective and user-friendly way of managing:

Events
Event groups, such as festivals
Venues, including venues with multiple stages
Artists
Artist groups for instances where a member of a band also has a solo project

All data for events, venues and artists are stored in the Escenic Content Engine, thus making it possible to connect event content with all other content. The application provides search functionality, both for text and multimedia files.

Venue

This screenshots shows editing of a venue. The list of venues is displayed at the top, and the venue "Gamle Logen" is opened in editing mode in the lower half. In this installation some of the fields are mandatory, and those fields are marked with yellow. Multiple venues may be edited at the same time.

Event

This screenshot shows editing of an event. Escenic Event Studio has support for grouping events together, for instance for festivals or tours. Each event may have several occurrences, and there is support for advanced recurrence patterns. Multiple events may be edited at the same time.
