Escenic Services provides technical and advisory support to our clients and partners. Escenic is primarily a software company. We rarely take on the sole responsibility of implementing and executing client projects. Escenic Services is charged with the task of spreading knowledge of how to best utilize Escenic technology throughout the Escenic community of clients and partners. Escenic Services include:

Escenic Education

Offers comprehensive training courses to fit the needs of users, programmers and administrators. Customized courses are available upon request.

Technical Support

Escenic Standard Product Support is designed to assist customers with installation and configuration issues, and to address questions that arise during and after implementation. Various levels of technical support are offered according to Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Innovation Services

The Innovation Services group offers mentoring and advisory services wherever Escenic technology is applied. This group of highly skilled individuals have an impressive collective legacy to draw upon. For best practice solutions, involve Escenic Innovation Services in your project. We will not execute it for you, but we will make sure it's done right. Escenic Innovation Services provides high level professional support for template development, customized configuration and on-site technical assistance or Internet publishing strategy.
